Made-to-order apparel and homewares
Our printed apparel, swimwear, robes, bedding, cushion covers and blankets are made to order and posted directly from our print partners' workshops (in places such as the USA, Canada and Europe). They arrive in a separate parcel. Shipping for these items is shown at checkout, and some items are only available within Australia. Allow the making time plus roughly 5–30 business days for international delivery, depending on the item and destination.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) and handling fees by the destination country. These are paid by the customer when the parcel arrives and aren't included in our prices or postage. Please check your country's rules before ordering.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking hasn't updated for a while, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at majestical_crystals@outlook.com and we'll follow it up with the carrier.
