Our Geode Gate design is a watercolour-style agate geode: fine bands of slate blue, blush pink and soft white curving around a heart of pale grey crystal. The design flows edge to edge across 100% silk twill, cut as a wrap peignoir with long, straight sleeves and a tie at the waist. There is no logo on the outside.
Choose your style
- Ombré Cuff & Hem (Black Trim): the design deepens into a rich slate-navy ombré at the sleeve ends and along the hem, finished with a black trim and tie.
- Classic (Ivory Trim): the design flows uninterrupted to the sleeve ends and hem, finished with an ivory trim and tie.
Details
- Fabric: 100% silk twill, 14 momme
- Print: all-over print with reactive dyes. The silk is printed on one side, so a softer version of the print shows on the inside.
- Trim and tie: bamboo fabric, in black or ivory depending on the style
- Fit: wrap front with tie, long straight sleeves, relaxed fit
- Length: falls to around the knee on most people. It sits a little higher or lower depending on your height.
- Made to order: printed, cut and sewn for you in Montreal, Canada. Each piece is cut and sewn by hand, so the print placement varies slightly from piece to piece.
Size guide (measured on the garment)
- S/M: fits a bust up to 37 in (94 cm). Back of neck to hem 39 in (99 cm).
- L/XL: fits a bust of 37 in (94 cm) and over. Back of neck to hem 41 in (104 cm).
Care
- Hand wash, or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
- For the first couple of washes, wash it on its own with half a cup of vinegar and a teaspoon of salt.
- Use a phosphate-free detergent. Do not bleach.
- Hang to dry or tumble dry on gentle. It can also be dry cleaned. Expect about 1% shrinkage.
